Italijanska kostnica (General)

The Italian Ossuary is a military memorial inaugurated by Benito Mussolini in 1938. It is the only ossuary for fallen Italian soldiers on Slovenian soil. A fairly steep, winding path leads to the ossuary, lined with stations of the Cross. From in front of the ossuary, you can admire the view toward Kobarid and the surrounding peaks.
