From Tolmin, head towards Kobarid. In Kobarid, continue along the main road, past Petrol and past the right turn towards the Planika dairy, to a major T-junction, where you turn left and follow the road to the first possible turn off to the right. Continue along the street for just a few dozen metres, when you will see a large parking lot on your left, where you park.

From the car park, head towards the road from which you came. Turn left here and walk to the crossroads, where you cross the road to the right and continue across the car park to another crossroads. Here, cross the road to the left and go straight ahead into a narrow street where you will see the sign for the Italian ossuary. Follow the winding path up to the top.
