Drive to Ribnica na Pohorju, where you turn left at the crossroads. There are about 8 km of dirt road. Park at the Ribnica hut.

At the Ribnica hut, continue in the direction of Roga. The path leads down the road. On the grassy pass, continue straight along the path, which begins to climb. After a 10-minute climb, the path leads to the NOB monument on Jezerski vrh. From there, continue along the marked path towards Lake Ribnica. Notice the signs for the Ribniško jezero nature reserve. The path then becomes paved with wood, and we soon arrive at Lake Ribniško jezero.
