The Tamar mountain pasture lies at an elevation of 1,124 meters on the Jelovica Plateau. It is a large, grass-covered mountain pasture with several huts that bear witness to life on the pasture. From the mountain pasture, a beautiful view opens up toward the Julian Alps, including Triglav.
