Kamniški vrh (General)

Kamniški vrh is a 1,259-meter-high peak that rises above Ambrož pod Krvavcem, or north of Kamnik. At the summit, there is a bench, a guestbook box, and a small shelter. Kamniški vrh is home to numerous plant species, some of which cannot be found anywhere else. There are many trails leading to Kamniški vrh, which differ mainly in difficulty, though all are relatively short. Many of the trails leading to Kamniški vrh are unmarked. Kamniški Vrh also offers beautiful views, although the view is obstructed by a forest on one side. There is a very beautiful view of Velika Planina and the rest of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. The surrounding hills include the nearby Planjava, Hud Konc, Cicelj, Planina Osredek, and others.
