Artviže is a charming little village located in the Brkini region. Just a few meters higher stands the Church of St. Socerba, considered the highest peak in the Brkini region. From here, a view of the surrounding peaks opens up. Artviže is part of the Slovenian Mountain Trail, and the trail’s stamp is located in the center of the village, near the National Liberation War monument.
