From Mozirje, head towards Ljubno ob Savinji. Here, follow the road to Rastke to the settlement of Ljubenske Rastke. The trail will then take you towards Primož pri Ljubnem, and you will continue onwards to a roadside car park, which you will recognise from the direction signs and the P Komen sign.

On foot, follow the forest path marked with direction signs for Hlipovec and Dom pod Smrekovcem. You will quickly ascend to a macadam road, which you join and follow for a longer distance until you reach the Hlipovec Pass, where the forest intersects. At the pass, continue along the road until you reach the forest, where you take the path to the right, which starts to climb. Follow the signs which will lead you to a crossroads, out of the forest, on a sloping platform. Keep following the signs and turn left, which is also where the direction arrows point you. The path will narrow and lead you into the forest again, and you will start to climb. When the path leads out of the forest again, turn left, past a small chapel and continue uphill until you reach the top.
