From the town of Paphos, we head toward the Baths of Aphrodite. We park in the parking lot in front of the entrance to the natural attraction.
Trail description:We’ll find the hiking trail at the information signs for the Aphrodite Trail. When the trail passes a small wooden hut—with an information sign underneath it—it soon forks. Take the left path, which is also indicated by the signpost. The trail begins to climb immediately, and you’ll soon be treated to beautiful views of the sea. The trail will fork once more; turn right, following the signpost again. After a short while, the trail levels out and follows a pleasant path through the underbrush. The trail remains level for a while, then begins to climb again. After a longer walk, it brings us to a gravel road, which we follow to a fork; here, we again take the right, narrower path. After that, we’ll reach the road once more; we’ll turn right and walk along the road for a while. Just before the summit, the road narrows into a trail, along which we’ll quickly reach the summit.
