From Tolmin, we head toward Kobarid along the village roads. We drive to Selišče, where we park immediately after crossing a small bridge. There is parking space for only 1 or 2 cars.
Trail description:We set off on foot along the trail, which begins to climb immediately. After a short climb, we reach a pasture, which we cross to join a dirt road, along which we continue walking. From here on, the terrain is mostly flat. We continue walking to the houses, where we join the road and follow it to the Selce parking lot. From here, continue along the road, which initially descends slightly; immediately afterward, turn left, as indicated by the signpost. You’ll then step onto a dirt road and continue into the forest. As soon as we enter the forest, the trail begins to descend steeply. We continue this way for quite some time until we reach a stream, which we cross. There will be a fork in the trail here; we’ll keep to the left and continue along the trail for just a few more minutes, after which we’ll reach the waterfall.
