From Tolmin, head toward Most na Soči. Here, turn left and continue along the road for quite a while, all the way to the traffic-light-controlled intersection where the road to Cerkno branches off to the left. Turn there. We continue toward Cerkno, but instead of turning left into Cerkno, we take the road on the right that leads to the Kladje Pass. We drive all the way to the top, where the village of Podlanišče is located. Park in the small parking lot by the road.
Trail description:On foot, we head toward the road, following the signpost for Lajše, as well as for Bevkov vrh and Sivko. We continue along the road to the first fork, where we turn right onto a descending road. We follow this road past a few houses, after which it begins to climb and leads us to another fork. Here, we turn right again (toward the Lajše shrine). From here, the road becomes a gravel road; we continue along it past meadows. It forks once more; we keep to the right again. Shortly before reaching our destination, we’ll come to a quarry. A little before the quarry, the road turns left and begins to climb. As it climbs, it becomes a dirt track, which we follow all the way to the top.
