From Tolmin, head toward Most na Soči. Here, turn left and continue along the main road to the village of Reka. Just before the village begins, a road branches off to the left; turn onto it. At the houses, turn right and continue along the road, which leads to a sharp curve (signposted for Rodne and Kojca). Continue along the road until you find a suitable place to park.
Trail description:We continue on foot uphill toward the houses, where we turn left onto a dirt road, as indicated by the arrow. We follow the dirt road up the grassy slopes, where we’re treated to beautiful views. We continue along the trail to a gravel road, where a narrow path branches off to the left; we take this path. A longer walk along a grassy path through the forest follows, after which we’ll reach a gravel road. We walk along the gravel road to a field and a hayrack; from here on, the path becomes a grassy cart track. We follow it to another hayrack, where the path turns back into a grassy trail, which we follow up to the summit. Along the way, keep an eye out for the signposts, which guide us the entire time. The route alternates between grassy areas and wooded sections.
