From Tolmin, head toward Most na Soči. There, turn left and continue to Bača pri Modreju, where you’ll turn left toward Podbrdo. Continue along the road to Kneža, where you’ll turn left toward Kneške Ravne. Then continue for quite some time along the road that runs right next to the stream. When you reach the fork where the road to Kneške Ravne branches off to the left, keep to the right and continue to a sharp right-hand curve, which you’ll recognize by the barrier. Park here along the road.

We continue on foot for a while along the gravel road, all the way to the hunting lodge, where we look for a forest trail to the right of the lodge and join it. We then ascend along this trail, which leads all the way to the mountain pasture in Prodi.
