The starting point for our destination is in the village of Gabrje pod Limbarsko goro. We exit the highway at the Krtina exit and continue along the road toward Moravče. In Moravče, after a few hundred meters, turn left where the sign for Limbarska Gora directs you. You’ll reach the village of Gabrje pod Limbarsko goro, where you turn left at the chapel. Park your car by the road and continue on foot.

We start the trail at the chapel, as the sign for Limbarska Gora directs us onto the road that turns left. We follow the road just long enough to reach the first trail marker, where we turn onto a forest path. Following this path, we quickly climb to the top of this hill and rejoin the main road. We turn right and continue along the road for about 100 meters. There, a hiking sign on a tree directs us left up the slope. We climb slowly again, reach the road, and continue along the paved road past a few houses, all the way to a gentle right-hand curve. Here, we must be very careful. On the right, the path turns onto a meadow. A narrow trail leads us through the forest to the road. We cross the road and, at the house, turn right up the hill. We follow the well-trodden path to the road, along which we continue all the way to our destination. At the top stands a church with a beautiful view. A short distance from the church are a playground and a restaurant.
