From Tolmin or Bovec, drive toward Kobarid. Once there, follow the road toward Drežnica. We continue across Napoleon’s Bridge over the Soča River and turn left toward Drežnica. Soon we’ll see a paid parking lot on the right, where we’ll park.

From the parking lot, continue along the road for a few meters, cross it, and then follow the wide path toward the Kozjak Waterfall. The path leads across a meadow and then gradually enters the forest edge. Walk along the Soča River and follow the signs. The trail soon brings you to a bridge over the river. Continue along the path on the right, which is flat at first but climbs up a few steps and small bridges toward the end.
