From Tolmin, head towards Bovec. Go around Bovec on the bypass, pass Bovec Airport, then turn out at the second exit at two roundabouts and continue straight on for a while, when soon after the Ravelnik open-air museum, the road to Kranjska Gora, Vršič and Trenta will branch off to the right, where you will turn off. Cross the river Koritnica and continue along the road leading along the river Soča for a longer distance. In the village of Trenta, pay attention, because shortly after crossing a small bridge over the Krajcarica River, the road to Zadnjica will branch off to the right, where you will turn. Shortly after the turn, you will see a parking lot, where you park.
Trail description:Continue on foot along the macadam road, past the lock and drinking water, into the forest. Continue to a large crossroads, identified by a large red sign. Turn left here onto a gently ascending road which will take you to the bottom station of the cable car. Turn right to join a narrow path which immediately starts to climb. The path climbs through the woods for a long time, then leads out of the woods and the terrain becomes rocky and craggy, accompanied by heather. Beautiful views of the valley and the high mountains open up, and we continue along the path for another half hour or so before we reach Pogačnik's home at Kriški podi. We continue on the trail behind the house. We immediately pass a small lake, and then the path starts to climb again. The rushes disappear, the terrain from here on is just rough and rocky, and the path becomes difficult. Several times during the ascent, rungs and stiles are placed to make it easier to cross the more difficult areas. After a long climb, we will find ourselves at a fork. Take the right-hand path, which leads towards Razor. Continue ascending, passing the cave on the right. In the last part of the ascent to Razor, we have to climb up a vertical wall, aided by rungs and a halyard. The climb is not long, but it is very difficult. After the climb, there is only a short stretch of trail and we will reach the top.
