Exit the Ljubljana Ring Road at the Ljubljana Vič exit (Dolgi most). Continue straight through the traffic lights (cross Tržaška cesta). Then turn left at the traffic lights in the direction of Polhovy Gradec. Pass through the villages of Razori and Draževnik. Then take the first exit (Polhov Gradec) at the roundabout. Then drive to the village of Gabrje, where you turn right in the direction of Topole pri Medvode, Osredko and the village of Belo. After about five minutes, you will reach a small crossroads at the top of the hill (Belo village on the left), where you continue straight to Topol village and park at the primary school.

From the car park, go back to the crossroads and continue along the road towards the village of Belo. Signs lead you through the forest, then continue along the road for a short distance. At the crossroads, follow the signs towards Grmada and Tošča. Continue along the track. After a few minutes, a path branches off to the left from the track and starts to climb steeply. When you reach the top of the hill, continue to the right. Continue along the path in the direction of Polhograjska Grmada. When you reach the fork, the path for Tošč points to the right (Polhograjska Grmada on the left). After about fifteen minutes, you reach the Gonte tourist farm. To the left of the tourist farm you will see the signs for Tošč. The trail passes through the forest and is fully signposted. Ahead of us we can already see the top of Tošč.
