From Kamnik or Vransko, or from Mozirje or Gornji Grad, take the forest road up to the Doma na Menini planini (Home on Menina planina), where you can park in the parking lot.

From the car park, climb up to the house and continue along the marked path on its left in the direction of Vivodnik. After walking for some 10 steps, the path climbs steeply for a short time, then lays down and leads us to a larger grassy slope, where we come across a direction sign with the inscription "Vivodnik - circular path". Continue slightly to the left along the relatively folding path, which quickly leads into a short strip of woodland. Continue on the marked path which leads us out of the forest, where we can already see the lookout tower at Vivodnik in front of us.
