We drive to Medvode and continue our drive towards Sora. At the crossroads at the beginning of Sora, turn left in the direction of Katarina and the village of Trnovec. Continue along the Ločnica valley towards Katarina (Topol). When the road leads to the beginning of Topol, park in the large car park next to the primary school.
Trail description:From the Dobnikar Inn, continue in the direction of Sv. Jakob (mountain signs) and follow the asphalt road past the turn. At the end of the hamlet, leave the asphalt road and continue along the macadam road, which soon turns into a dense forest and turns into a path. The path leads past a small hamlet and, turning right, you can see St. James. At the foot of the hill, you can choose a steep climb (right) or a more gradual one (left). At the top, you will have a beautiful view of the peaks of the Polhograjsko hills.
