From the motorway, take the exit for Vipava. Continue on the road leading to Vipava and then on to Gradišče. When you get to Gradišče, drive straight ahead at first and you will soon reach a crossroads - turn left here (signpost for the campsite). Keep going up the narrow road for a while and keep following the signs for the campsite. When you reach the campsite, you will see a large car park in front of it. Park here.

On foot, turn towards the forest onto a narrow forest track, which is also signposted for the Gradiška tour 75 min. The trail starts to climb immediately and after about 5 minutes leads to a large fork where you turn left. You will come to a scree slope, which you cross, and then continue on the ascending path, turning left again at the fork, where a large rock says 'footpath' - right. Shortly after this you will come to the first protected climbing section. Climb it and you will reach a wooden balcony with a beautiful view of the valley. From here we continue on the second protected climbing section, which soon becomes a bit more difficult than the first part. After the more difficult part, the climbing ascent ends and is replaced by a forest path that climbs steeply up to the top of the Gradiška ture, which is about 20 minutes away. From Gradiška ture we continue along the path, which first descends quickly and then leads into the forest on a sloping path, from where we get a beautiful view back to the top of Gradiška ture. In the forest, the path turns to the right and leads to a large meadow. Cross the meadow and continue back into the forest. The path starts to descend slightly and leads us at this pace to a macadam road. Walk along the road for a few minutes, and soon a forest path branches off to the left, which you turn onto. You will see two buildings ahead of you, and a few dozen metres before them we turn right onto a steeply ascending path. The climb lasts a few minutes, then lays down again and shortly afterwards starts descending again. At the end of the descent, it crosses a dirt road and leads to a small meadow. Once it enters the woods again, it immediately starts to climb and continues like this for the last few minutes before leading us to our destination.
