Coming from Ljubljana, drive to Medvode and turn left at the semaphorised crossroads, located a few tens of metres further from the larger Spar centre. Continue along the main road, which will lead you to the village of Sora. From here, continue driving towards Topol, but only as far as the Legastja Inn, which is just off the road. Just after it, take a sharp right onto a narrow, less well-maintained and steeply ascending road. Continue along this road for some distance to a well-maintained car park, just a few hundred metres from the Doma na Govejku.
Trail description:Continue on foot towards Dom na Govejku, but turn left just before it onto a grass track. Continue straight ahead into the forest, from where the path is sloping, or even descending in some areas. At a certain part of the descent, a narrower track will branch off to the left, where you turn. You won't miss the turn-off because it is marked with a signpost. The path starts to climb here, and we follow it to a wider crossroads, where we follow the direction towards the Osovnik log cabin. The path soon leads to a macadam road, which we follow for a short distance, when the signpost will direct us right into the forest again. From here on, it's just a 5-minute climb and you'll reach your destination.
